Our guards are all tested physically in order to be qualified.
All personnel will be screened for criminal records and also official screening from Ministry of Home Affairs to ensure all of our staff are eligible to work as guards.
Regular check up by our team for drug abuse with random urine testing conducted at sites.

Training

Certified Security Guards (CSG)
All our local guards are sent for training at Certified Security Guards (CSG) and foreign guards at Trained Nepalese Guards (TNG). This is to ensure that all personnel are always prepared to handle any form of untoward circumstances. To achieve this objective, Delta Security Force will ensure that all its security officers are trained and capable of handling specific requirement to suit client expectations.

The Ministry of Home Affairs
The Ministry of Home Affairs has also specified the compulsory need in training the security personnel in line with the market expectation and outlook of the security industry as a whole.

External Safety Training
External safety training is also carried out for our guards such as Fire Safety Training, Safety & Health Awareness programs.

PIKM
This Government body (PIKM) training module promotes motivational and dedication support for security guards. It highlights and explains the rationale of most issues that afflict guard services on a regular basis. Its main objective is to decrease turnover and create a mindset that will produce highly motivated employees.
